Usually players will have to choose another card with the same character to use Shift, but in the case of Chip n Dale, Recovery Rangers, it can be used to Shift a Chip or a Dale card, which makes it quite a bit more versatile than a normal Floodborn card
Outside of Insurrection, there are similar all-stars like Mob Rule and Mutinous Massacre that become great inclusions in this shell
(Edea also has a bit of protection built in with Ward 2, which is perfect for a Commander who won't be attacking but is still an obvious target for reasons that will soon become obvious.) Because Edea wants whatever creature you borrow to die, this deck is all about sacrificing those creatures for benefit
Its cheap, its powerful, it plays nicely with item synergies like Belle, Inventive Engineer and Maurice, World-Famous Inventor
